How I usually help
Repair brittle systems
Auth bugs, cloud misconfiguration, slow releases, fragile data flows, and confusing deployment failures are often fixable with a focused audit and patch.
Build the operating layer
Portals, dashboards, admin tools, integrations, billing workflows, and internal automation are often where AI or cloud ideas become useful.
Good software is specific.
I prefer clear boundaries, explicit assumptions, small delivery slices, and code that fits the system in front of us. The goal is not novelty. The goal is a useful system you can run.
AI is part of the stack.
The model matters, but so do tool contracts, data access, cost controls, auth, evaluation, fallbacks, observability, and ordinary application code.
